2-3 cups fresh baby arugula
2 cups fresh watermelon squares
1 1/2 cups squares of feta cheese
Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Arrange the arugula on a plate or serving platter.
Place the watermelon and feta chunks throughout your bed of arugula.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
